Chris Kenton
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Chris Kenton is Founder and CEO of SocialRep. A longtime marketing and technology veteran, Chris has led both agency and client teams in the development of innovative marketing applications and methods. In the early days of the Web, Chris managed the development of DevX.com, the first online community for serious programmers. He went on to co-found Cymbic, one of the first integrated marketing agencies in San Francisco, serving nearly 200 clients until 2005. Chris joined the CMO Council as SVP of corporate strategy, where he worked with top marketing executives around the world on strategies and methodologies for modernizing enterprise marketing organizations. He moved back into social media to launch MotiveLab, a social media marketing agency, where his work advising enterprise businesses on social media integration led to the inspiration for SocialRep. Chris has been a columnist for BusinessWeek Online and Executive Decision, has been quoted on marketing and technology issues in BusinessWeek, Investor’s Business Daily, Forbes and Network Computing, and was invited to testify before congress on technology outsourcing trends. Chris is responsible for SocialRep's market strategy, as well as corporate, channel and market development.
Terry Blankers
Chief Technology Officer
Terry Blankers is CTO of SocialRep. A highly accomplished systems architect and engineer, Terry has built an array of critical high-availability and high-security Web applications, including a flight management system for NetJets, a human resources requisitioning system for Dell, and secure banking applications and Web services for Wells Fargo, BofA and the World Bank. Prior to SocialRep, Terry was CTO of the development group eBuilder, and a consulting technical lead and architect for Charles Schwab. Terry is responsible for all aspects of SocialRep's system and application engineering.
Jon Sparks
Head of Global Operations
Jon Sparks is Head of Global Operations, based in Tokyo. Jon is an accomplished corporate developer with over 25 years international experience including pan-Asia Board and C-level experience. He has served as CEO of Japanese consulting house leading operations in 8 countries and CEO of a large staffing services firm. Jon has founded or co-founded companies in the pharmaceutical, retirement home and property re-development sectors. He holds postgraduate qualifications in operations research and information science.
Jonathan Knowles
Jonathan Knowles is one of the world’s foremost thought-leaders on marketing finance, brand valuation and marketing performance. Jonathan is the Founder and CEO of Type 2 Consulting where he advises companies on using brand strategy to increase business value. He has a background in Finance (Bank of England), Strategy Consulting (Marakon Associates), Creative Brand Strategy (Wolff Olins), Brand Equity Measurement (Stern Stewart/Y&R’s BrandEconomics) and Brand Valuation (Brand Finance). His articles have appeared in the Harvard Business Review, the MIT Sloan Management Review, the Wall Street Journal, Marketing Management, Professional Investor and Intellectual Asset Management.
G. Craig Vachon
Craig has led companies in London, Tokyo, Taipei, India, Northern California and Vancouver BC, raising $985M in new investment for 16 start-up projects in seven different countries. Craig has more than 20 years of P&L operations, business development, corporate development (M&A and VC/PE investment), sales, general marketing, product marketing and start-up successes in high-tech companies throughout the world. He sits on the board of TotalMass and T&D Communications, Inc., is an investment partner at Vinum Capital, a partner at Verve Investors and Chair at Live Life Large Charitable Trust
Carol Meyers
Carol Meyers is a veteran marketing executive of some of the world's most successful companies. She is currently as Chief Marketing Officer at LogMeIn, a leading provider of on-demand remote-connectivity and support solutions. Previously, she was CMO for Unica Corporation, a publicly-traded provider of enterprise marketing management software. She has been VP of Sales at Shiva, and held executive marketing and finance positions at Lotus and General Electric.
Aria Haghighi
Aria Haghighi is a distinguished mathematician from Stanford and an expert in Natural Language Processing pursuing a PhD at Berkeley. Aria has been a research fellow at the United States Department of Homeland Security, and a research fellow at Microsoft in Redmond.
